A 75-minute practice co-taught by myself and my sister Madison. 35 minutes of a sweaty, Ashtanga-inspired yoga practice followed by a 40 minute yoga nidra (yogic sleep) where Madison will expertly guide you into a state of deeply calming relaxation. The perfect opportunity to wring out and shed the unnecessary burdens that are keeping you feeling stuck in your life.
