Practice in Community
Since 2009, I have been teaching across the South Shore of Long Island. Today, most of my classes, workshops, and trainings take place in my hometown of Long Beach and in nearby communities. I am so honored to share my work with my own family, friends, neighbors, and you! I hope to see you in a class soon.

Centered & Steady classes are Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa yoga classes. There is some variation from week-to-week, but also a good deal of consistency.

Mysore Ashtanga classes are self-paced classes where each student learns the Ashtanga Yoga sequences pose-by-pose. Click here to learn more.
Led Ashtanga is a traditional sequence of postures linked together by breath and following a specific cadence or rhythm. It is a dynamic, fluid practice that is the foundation of modern-day vinyasa yoga practices.

In this early morning class, I practice alongside the students while providing verbal guidance and cues.
