This one-hour class is a slightly modified version of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, which is a rhythmic and dynamic vinyasa practice designed to strengthen and cleanse your body and mind. Through the use of specific breathing patterns, gazing points, and energetic locks, this sequence of postures effectively steadies the mind while the body works hard to wring us out and prepare us for the day ahead. Modifications are offered to suit everyone. Class cards and memberships are all applicable.
