Yoga Workshops

Join me at Sukha Studio in Garden City as I sub the 9:30 AM class on Christmas Eve morning, Wednesday, December 24th. We will move through an accessible and fluid vinyasa yoga practice set to a unique and festive holiday playlist. This class will be after my usual 8 AM Ashtanga class, so feel free to sleep in or join me for a fun double-header to kick off your Christmas celebrations!
