Experience our favorite rendition of a Sunday evening restorative practice to slow down, soothe our nervous system, practice deep rest + self-care. If you haven't experienced restorative yoga, it's an all abilities, all experiences practice for all bodies. The focus is on deep, supported rest using props to hold gentle shapes that release us into a deeply meditative state, calms the body, and helps the mind feel at peace. Perfect for the end to a hectic week, or the start to a new week feeling centered and serene.
